I haven't an answer to your post, but it's nice to meet another AB neg at the least!
I too have the vegan influence around me, yet, shall I say, ignore their commandments.
No recipes to share here, though, one question to yours, ....
After eaing meat, how well do you do? Do you slow down, lots of energy, pains, still hungry??

Hi, I have just found out my blood type which is AB+ and have read eat right diet book by Peter D'Adamo which is really interesting, lots of recipes in that plus lots on the net on his site also. I was diagnosed with a liver problem in February and since then have not eaten anything to put stress on my liver which has been mainly vegetarian and I have lost 17kgs in weight and am feeling great. Not much I have to change after reading this book except not eat sweetcorn. Our type of blood is pretty rare huh.

You might find his website useful for an exchange of recipes, ideas, etc: www.dadamo.com.

However, I think as an AB you can have some meat, especially fish (I know not everyone gets excited about that one however). A's do best as veggies, even vegans (they can't do red meat, nor much dairy), but B's do well on things like lamb, rabbit/hare and goat (typical nomadic meats). I think you are allowed those kind of meats and turkey as well, just NOT chicken. You can find all that info on the site too under "TypeBase4" or something rather.

    Good luck!
