I just started my blood type diet about 2 weeks ago and I can NOT believe how effective it has been. I have had sooooo much more energy and have felt up to doing all the other things that my health needs.
After spending nearly 3 years going from other diets to other diets, being told that red meats are bad, but at the same time trying to deal with a congenital kind of annemia has been so hard, but this diet is awesome. It has the right balances and it's so easy to do- my nutritionist gave me a cool little poster that just lists the beneficial, and avoid foods as well as the nutriel foods, and then all I have to do is for every meal eat the right percentages, high vegetables and a little meat- this last week I was even up to taking a dancing class, something I haven't felt up to for about 18 months!
I'm so jazzed, but does anyone else in the Blood O have serious cravings for some of those avoid fruits? I swear, I see a Kiwi on my way through the produce mart and I start salivating@!@!!
Anyway, glad to be here, looking forward to ongoing health!

I share your amazement regarding how quickly the diet helped...definately makes me feel better physically and emotionally.
Good luck staying away from the kiwis and strawberries.
At least O's have cherries and blueberries and mangos and pinaples and bananas and if you are a non secretor.....you lucky lucky person :Avacados.
Years ago when I was veggie a friend made a concoction that drove me wild: brown rice in almond butter with bananas and avacados,
Just remembered it now. Bizarre tasty treat of O nonie beneficials!
Best of luck.
