I have only ever heard of this system of eating second hand. Does anyone know where I can get info on how to do this?

Re: Where can I get info ?
Thu, April 15, 2004 - 11:07 PMI saw the book at Elephant Pharmacy in Berkeley. I'm sure you can buy it online. I haven't purchased the book but instead bought the supplement paperback that gives me the DOS and DON'Ts of what to eat.
I am not on the "diet" but have adopted many of the medicinal and ok foods into my eating. I'm a lazy eater, meaning, I don't meal plan and will eat what I can buy without much hassle. -

Re: Where can I get info ?
Thu, October 27, 2005 - 9:02 AMLive Right for Your Type by Peter d'Adamo is the best, most up-to-date book you can get to start out on the blood type diet. It has all the food lists for each blood type (indicating beneficial, neutral, and avoid foods), as well as information on disease potential, exercise, supplements, and other tidbits. It also goes into blood type theory, if you're interested in that. Here is Dr. d'Adamo's official website, with links to an online store that sells all of his books:

Good luck!
