Type B

Hello, I haven't yet gotten the book. It's one of the things on a long list of things I have to get to.
Anyway, I am very curious. If I remember I should be a B. However I have no idea what that means. Is there any kind of guidelines for a B? Like are there certain kind of foods I should avoid in general, or certain sorts of foods I should load up on?
I have been a serious meat eater, a vegetarian, a vegan, also a cheating (with fish) vegan and vegetarian, finally I just got too hungry and gave it up. Now I'm an omnivore who is on an off the Atkins diet (which did actually help me lose 15 pounds). I feel though that I need some sort of structure in my diet. I don't know whats good for me anymore. And I know I can't do this Atkins thing forever.

Type O's do best on the Atkin's plan.
I'm a type B and I used it to lose about 10 pounds, but those were some of the ickyest feeling weeks of my life.
Eat Right 4 Your Type says that when adapting to the diet the first thing a type B should do is to give up chicken.
Other than chicken the top six foods that will encourage weight gain are Corn, Lentils, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Buckwheat and Wheat.
The top six for to encourage weight loss are Green Vegetables, Meat (in the form of lamb, mutton, rabbit and venison), Liver, Eggs/Low-Fat Dairy products and Licorice Tea.
